糖皮质激素致骨细胞损伤的分子机制进展 被引量：1

摘要 近50年来，已充分认识糖皮质激素（glucocorticoids，GCS）的治疗作用，并广泛用于慢性非感染性炎症性病症，对长期使用GCS造成的骨骼系统损害也引起重视。研究表明GCS治疗的3～6个月内骨量流失速度最快，尤以小梁骨为著，随着其累积剂量增加，骨量流失亦缓慢增加，
