糖皮质激素致骨细胞损伤的分子机制进展 被引量:1

摘要 近50年来,已充分认识糖皮质激素(glucocorticoids,GCS)的治疗作用,并广泛用于慢性非感染性炎症性病症,对长期使用GCS造成的骨骼系统损害也引起重视。研究表明GCS治疗的3~6个月内骨量流失速度最快,尤以小梁骨为著,随着其累积剂量增加,骨量流失亦缓慢增加,
