绿色经济理论最新发展述评被引量：38

摘要近年来,"绿色经济"的概念在学界和实业界被广泛应用,但对于这一概念的理解并不清晰。本文综述了国外已有的对绿色经济的理论分析和政策建议研究文献,发现绿色经济的概念变迁可以分为三个阶段:单一的生态系统目标阶段,经济—生态系统目标阶段,经济—生态—社会复合系统阶段。本文认为,绿色经济理论的最新进展可以分为效率、规模和公平三种导向,分别从经济系统的效率、生态系统的极限和社会分配的公平性的角度提出了绿色经济发展方案。
