摘要
某发动机在盐雾试验中点火触点产生锈蚀,引起点火电阻增大,会导致点火延迟及点火失败。通过对点火触点的镀银层、金属基体进行锈蚀分析及原理研究,选取电接触表面润滑保护剂作为保护剂并开展试验验证。经电气、硫化、盐雾试验表明,电接触表面润滑保护剂在不影响接触电阻的前提下有效提高了点火触点的耐腐蚀性能。
