摘要
采用理化性能检测及扫描电镜、X射线衍射方法对某油田集输管线腐蚀穿孔管段进行了失效分析,结果表明,该管段腐蚀穿孔主要原因是由腐蚀介质所引起的电化学腐蚀,管线内输送介质中的H2S和氯离子对于腐蚀穿孔起到了重要作用。
Corrosion perforation of gathering pipeline in an oilfield was analyzed by physical and chemical tests, scanning electron microscopy and X ray diffraction. The results show that the main reason of perforation was electrochemical corrosion caused by H,S and Cl^- in the corrosion media inside the pipeline.
