本文对合成４β－酰胺－４－脱氧－４’－去甲基鬼臼毒素类衍生物的原料４β－氨基－４－脱氧－４’－去甲基鬼臼毒素的合成方法进行了改进．新方法使反应步骤减少，时间缩短，操作简化，产率提高近一倍，具有较高的应用价值．

In this paper, the synthetic method of 4β-amino-4-deoxyl-4'-demethyl podophyllotoxin was modified to a more simple procedure in a shorter reaction time with a better yield.
