摘要
对事业单位如何进一步搞活内部分配进行了理论分析，通过实践并运用数量化方法归纳出了适合不同类型事业单位特点的内部分配办法，为事业单位制订更合理的内部分配方案提供了思路．
This paper takes a theoretical view to analyze the possibilities of improving institutions' internal distribution system by applying practical quantified methods to the institutions of different kinds and tries to put forward some ideas for more appropriate regulatory schemes.
