摘要
利用遗传工程技术将苏云金杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis Berliner简称Bt)杀虫蛋白基因导入植物是近年来的研究热点,本文就Bt基因的转化及其在植物中的表达与抗虫效果、转Bt基因植物的产量及品质以及存在的风险与安全性等方面的研究进展作一综述.
Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) is a very important entomopathogen since it can produce specifically toxic crystal proteins against many agriculturally, forest and biomedically detrimental pests. Bt is commonly used as a source of biopesticide products. Introduction of δ-endotoxic protein genes from Bt into crop plants has been succeed. Over 50 species of Bt plants have been obtained, some of which has been commercialized. This paper reviews researches in the following fields: (1) the methods of introduction of δ-endotoxic protein genes into plants and the types of obtained Bt plant species. (2) The expression of δ-endotoxic protein genes in transgenic plants and their new traits of insect resistance. (3) The influence of δ-endotoxic protein genes on the traits of transgenic plants, such as yield and quality of products. (4) Potential ecological risks and safety assessment of transgenic plants.
