摘要 目的:建立蒙成药哈日嘎布日-10味片中胡椒碱含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,Agilent Eclipse XDB C18色谱柱(4.60mm×250mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(70:30),检测波长343nm,流速1.0mL·min^-1。结果:胡椒碱在0.0107~0.0856μg呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率101.8%(n=6),RSD1.8%。结论:该方法具有简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用来控制蒙成药哈日嘎布日-10味片的质量。 Objective : To establish a feasible method for the content determination of piperine in Monglia Medicine Harigaburi-10 tablets by HPLC. Method: An HPLC method was adopted with column Agilent Eclipse XDB C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water (70: 30). The flow velocity was 1.0 mL .min-1 The detection wavelength was at set at 343 nm. Result: The calibration curve showed a good linearity within the range of 0. 010 7-0. 085 6 μg. The average recovery was 101.8% (n =6) , RSD 1.8%. Conclusion: This method is convenient, rapid and reliable for quality control of this preparation.
