通脉化浊汤治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病

Tongmai Huazhuo Decoction in Treatment of Phlegm and Blood Stasis Mutual Junction Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察自拟方通脉化浊汤对痰瘀互结型冠心病患者的临床疗效。方法:将120例痰瘀互结型冠心病患者按随机数字表随机分成3组,分别为西药组(常规服用消心痛100 mg口服,3次/d;阿司匹林100 mg口服,1次/d)中药1组(西药基础上联合通脉化浊汤),中药2组(西药基础上联合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合血府逐瘀汤),治疗4周后观察各组疗效。结果:中药1组和中药2组的症状疗效有效率均明显高于西药组(P<0.05),两组的甘油三酯(TC),低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),载脂蛋白B100(ApoB100),脂蛋白α(LP(α))均明显低于西药组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C),ApoA1均明显高于西药组(P<0.05),但两组间比较无差异。结论:通脉化浊汤对痰瘀互结型冠心病疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Tongmai Huazhuo decoction in treating phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction coronary heart disease. Method： One hundred and twenty patients with phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction coronary heart disease were divided into three groups, namely western medicine group （routine treatment which includes Isosorbide dinitrate and Aspirin）, traditional Chinese medicine 1 group （ treatment of western medicine and Tongmai Huazhuo decoction） , traditional Chinese medicine 2 group （ treatment of western medcine, Gualou Xiebai Guizhi decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction）. The curative effect was observed after 4 weeks. Result： The syndrome efficacy rate of both traditional Chinese medicine 1 group and 2 group was apparently higher than that in western medicine group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Indexes of triglycerides （ TC）, low-density-lipoprotein-C （ LDL-C）, apolipoprotein B100 （ ApoB100）, lipoprotein a [ LP （a） ] of the two traditional Chinese groups were significantly lower than those of western medicine group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and highdensity lipoprotein-C （HDL-C）, ApoA1 was higher than that of western medicine group （ P 〈 0.05）, but there were no differences between traditional Chinese medicine 1 group and traditional Chinese medicine 2 group. Conclusion： Tongmai Huazhuo decoction has a obvious effect in treatment of phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction coronary heart disease.
