摘要
对ASTM标准和热重的测量结果进行比较。以麦秸、玉米秸秆、花生壳和松木4种生物质为原料,用ASTM标准方法测定4种生物质灰分含量。同时用热重分析法对麦秸和玉米秸秆灰分含量进行实验研究,考察在不同温度(550、600、650℃)、不同升温速率(10、15、20、40℃/min)时这两种生物质的灰分含量,并与ASTM标准值比较,得出与标准值有较好一致性的热重分析实验条件,并用另外两种生物质进行实验验证。结果表明,当温度为600℃,升温速率为40℃/min时,测得的4种生物质灰分值与ASTM标准值具有较好的一致性。
In order to determine biomass ash content fast and accurately, ASTM standard and thermogravimetric analysis were compared. Using wheat straw, corn straw, peanut shells and pine as raw materials, the ASTM standard methods was used to analyze the ash contents of different biomass firstly. Then ash contents of wheat straw and corn straw were determined by thermogravimetrie analyses at different temperature (550, 600, 650℃ ) and at different heating rate (10, 15, 20, 40℃/min), the ash content data in thermogravimetric analyses were compared with ASTM standard, therefore the experimental conditions can be obtained when the thermogravimetrie data are in good agreement with the ASTM standard, two other biomass were used to check the results. The results show that ash percentages of different biomass are in good agreement with ASTM values when the temperature is 600℃ and heating rate is 40℃/min, which means the ash content data obtained by thermogravimetrie analyses can match the ASTM standard well.
