新型纳米复合材料背接触层研究

摘要 以CdTe太阳电池的新型纳米复合背接触层材料为研究对象,经过对复合材料组分配比、成膜方法及热处理工艺的优化,使这种新型材料用于CdTe背接触层后,开路电压、填充因子均得到显著提高,分别达到838.5mV和70.35%,转换效率达到14.05%。结果表明,该纳米复合背接触层材料值得进一步优化。 A new type of nano-composite used for back contact layers in CdTe solar cells was studied. Both open- circuit voltage and the fill factor of a CdTe solar cell with the nano-composite back contact layer were improved obviously to 838.5mV and 70. 35%, respectively after the optimization of film composition, deposition method and annealing process. The conversion efficiency of the solar cell has reached up to 14. 05%, which shows that it is a promising nano-matetial for back contact layer and further optimization is needed for better performance of solar cells.
