摘要
目的系统评价健康教育对哮喘患者哮喘控制的影响。方法计算机检索Medline(1966~2012)、Embase(1974~2012)、中国生物医学文献数据库光盘版(CBMdisc1978—2012)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI1979-2012)及维普资讯一中文科技期刊数据库(1989—2012),纳入公开发表的哮喘健康教育对哮喘控制影响的随机对照试验,对纳入研究的方法学质量进行评价.并应用RevMan5.1软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入8个随机对照试验(RCT)。Meta分析结果表明,健康教育对哮喘患者的哮喘知识、误工天数、急诊次数、生命质量评价都有一定的影响,其中哮喘知识得分、急诊次数及生命质量评价的影响与对照组相比具有统计学意义。结论现有临床证据表明,健康教育有利于哮喘患者达到良好控制。但仍需开展更大规模的研究,对不同的哮喘患者进行分层分析,以得出更可靠、更科学的依据。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate systematically the impact of asthma education on asthma control. METHODS To search Medline, Embase, CBMdisc, CNKI and Vip. The quality of included studies such as randomization, blinding and allocation concealment was evaluated and Metaanalysis was performed by RevMan 5. 1 software. RESULTS Eight randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were included. As education group was compared with control group, the Metaanalysis indicated that the asthma knowledge, day lost fi'om work or study , ED attendence and the quality of life of education group was better than that of control group. But there were sta- tistical difference in the asthma knowledge, day lost from work or study and the quality of life between education group and control group. CONCLUSION According to the Metaanalysis's result, education is helpful to achieve good asthma control. It should be nec-essary to do high quality and large sample randomized controlled trials on health education of asthma, so that further stratified the ana- lyses of asthma education can be carry out.
