中国战略性新兴产业技术效率及其影响因素研究 被引量:43

Study on Technical Efficiency and Influencing Factors of China's Strategic Emerging Industries

摘要 运用随机前沿生产函数模型,采用2003--2010年的面板数据,分析中国东、中、西部地区战略性新兴产业19个大类行业的技术效率及其影响因素。结果表明,战略性新兴产业的技术进步速度较快,但技术效率水平较低,并呈现起伏波动的特征。中国战略性新兴产业技术效率水平存在行业异质性和区域异质性,不同行业、不同地区的技术效率水平差异明显;在外生性因素中,企业规模和产业集聚对战略性新兴产业技术效率具有正向作用,外商直接投资和国有经济比重对中国战略性新兴产业技术效率产生负效应;外生性因素对中国不同地区战略性新兴产业姑太船盘柏影喃茱展相同. Using Stochastic Frontier Approach (SFA) and based on the panel data of strategic emerging industries from 2003-2010, this paper analyzes techni- cal efficiency and influencing factors of 19 sectors of China's strategic emerging in- dustries. The result shows that the technical progress rate of China's strategic e- merging industries is fast, but the technical efficiency is low, and presents an undu- lating characteristic. Heterogeneity exists in technical efficiency of China's strategic emerging industries, the technical efficiency in different industries and different re- gionsis different obviously; Inexogenous factors, firm size and industrial agglomer- ation have positive effect on technical efficiency of China's strategic emerging indus tries, FDI and the proportion of state-owned economy have negative effect; Exoge- nous factors have different impact on technical efficiency of strategic emerging in- dustries in different regions of China.
