摘要
采用微波辐照方法将碳微球(CMSs)接枝在羊毛纤维表面,对接枝碳微球的羊毛纤维进行扫描,并用电子显微镜(SEM)观察其形态,测试接枝羊毛纤维的长度及细度;通过TG热重曲线分析接枝碳微球的羊毛纤维的热稳定性,采用炭化残渣量转换极限氧指数的方法测试阻燃羊毛纤维的阻燃性能。结果表明:制得的接枝碳微球的羊毛纤维,断裂强力较原羊毛提高了3.4%,其LOI值可以达到29.5%,洗涤30次后LOI仍达到29.2%,具有良好的阻燃性能。
Carbon microspheres( CMSs) were grafted onto the surface of wool fibers by microwave irradiation. The morphologies of wool fibers grafting CMSs were observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy( SEM). The length and diameter of wool fiber was characterized. Thermal stability of wool fibers grafting CMSs was analysised by TG. The flame retardant properties of wool fibers were measured by the values of LOI( Limiting Oxygen Index). The results showed that the breaking strength of flame retardant wool fibers were increased by 3. 4% and the LOI value of flame retardant wool fiber was 29. 5% which could reach to 29. 2% even after repeat washing( at least 30 times). Compared with original wool fibers,modified wool fibers exhibited excellent flame retardant property.
