摘要
对架车机传动系统能耗节点进行了分析,建立了传动系统效率数学模型。结合GB/T 5796.3—2005,给出了传动系统螺旋副效率与公称直径、螺距的关系曲线以及托架效率的计算方法。以2种不同结构形式的架车机为例,着重对螺旋副效率和托架效率对传动系统效率以及功率的影响规律进行了分析。
The energy consumption nodal points of the transmission system of the car lifting machine are analyzed.The mathematical model of the efficiency of the transmission system is established.According to GB/T 5796.3-2005,the relation curve between the screw pair efficiency of the transmission system and the nominal diameter,pitch as well as the calculation method for the bracket efficiency is given. With the two types of car lifting machines with different structures as the examples,the patterns of effects of the screw pair efficiency and bracket efficiency on the transmission system efficiency and power are mainly analyzed.
