关于提升我国中小学教师质量的思考——基于世界各国的政策经验

Some Reflections on Quality Improvement of Chinese School Teachers: An International Perspective

教师是人才培养的基础,如何提升中小学教师质量已成为了一个世界性的课题。根据我国当前教育发展的需求及世界主要国家教师教育发展的政策经验,我们提出如下建议:(1)立法明确中小学教师的公务员身份;(2)提升中小学教师的学历标准;(3)完善国家教师资格考试和注册制度;(4)改进职前教师的选拔和培养方案;(5)丰富在职培训类型和内容。

The quality of teacher is crucial to the success of education, how to improve the quality of school teachers has become a worldwide issue. According to China＇s current education and development needs and teacher education development experiences around the world,the following recommendations are proposed： （a） enhancing the selection and training programs of pre-service teacher; （5）enriching the forms and contents of in-service teacher training.
