农民工城镇就业满意度及其影响因素的实证分析——以上海1446份农民工调查样本为例

Empirical Analysis of Job Satisfaction for Migrant Workers and Its Impact Factors——An example of 1446 migrant workers in Shanghai

农民工有序、平稳、持续地向城镇集聚是我国城镇化推进的必然环节,而城镇就业满意度是影响农民工迁移决策的重要因素。基于上海1446份农民工调查样本数据和工作满意度理论,对农民工城镇就业满意度及其影响因素的实证分析表明:目前,样本农民工对整体就业评价偏向于"比较满意"。其中,农民工对"收入水平"最不满意,其次是"居住环境"和"工作环境",最满意的是"社会治安"。但就影响的显著性来看,对总体就业满意度影响最为显著的是"工作环境",最不显著的是"居住环境"。研究同时发现,性别、年龄、教育水平等异质性使得农民工城镇就业满意度存在显著差异。该研究对于我国农民工市民化及城镇化道路的实现,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Urban employment satisfaction is the important factors in decision-making of rural workers migrant, which is a significant factor in realization of urbanization strategic target. Based on an sample of 1446 migrant workers in shanghai and the theory of job satisfaction , the empirical analysis of job satisfaction for migrant workers and its impact factors indicate that migrant workers in the sample are a little satisfied with their job overall . Among the impact factors of job satisfaction for migrant workers, income level is the most unsatisfied , be followed with living environment and working condition , while public order is the most satisfied for them . the study also found there are significant differences in the job satisfaction among different migrant worker. This study has reference function not only on migrant workers citizenization but also urbanization in China.
