摘要
采用大孔吸附树脂HP-20、MCI gel、硅胶及RP-18等各种色谱方法进行分离纯化,运用光谱学方法对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。从韩国全罗南道地区沙梨茎皮的甲醇提取部分分离鉴定了8种化合物:木栓酮(1),表木栓醇(2),羽扇豆酮(3),羽扇豆醇(4),β-香树酯醇(5),β-谷甾醇(6),6-O-乙酰基熊果苷(7),(-)-表儿茶素(8)。化合物1,2,3,5,7和8为首次在该属植物中得到。
Compounds were isolated and purified by maeroporous adsorptive resin HP-20,MCI gel,silica gel and RP-18 column chromatographies. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Six triterpenoids and one glycosides and one flavonoids were isolated from the stem bark of Pyrus Pyrifolia. and their structures were identified as Friedelin ( 1 ), Epifriedelanol ( 2 ), Lupenone ( 3 ), Lupeol ( 4 ), fl-hmyrin ( 5 ), Stigmast-5-en-3/3-ol ( 6 ), 6-O-Aeetyl arbutin (7), (-)-Epicatechin (8). Compounds 1,2,3,5,7 and 8 were obtained from the plant for the first time.
