不同来源栀子药材的质量比较研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法测定13个不同产地栀子中栀子苷、绿原酸和西红花苷-1三种主要药效成分的含量,并建立了化学成分指纹图谱,结果显示GAP基地产栀子药材的栀子苷和西红花苷-1含量最高,均显著高于其它12个非GAP基地来源栀子的含量。以中位数法自动生成对照图谱,确定13个不同产地来源栀子药材共有峰10个,各峰分离情况良好。应用Matlab软件进行相似度分析,结果显示13个来源药材的相似度在0.9106—0.9979之间,不同产地栀子药材质量存在一定差异。本研究结果可为科学评价栀子质量提供参考;规范化种植可以稳定和有效控制栀子药材的质量。 Thirteen samples of gardenia ( Gardenia jasminoides Ellis) fruits were collected from different production are- as. Three major active eompotmds, namely geniposide, chlorogenic acid and eroein-1, were detected by a RP-HPLC meth- od, and the fingerprints of gardenia fruit were also established by the same method. The contents of genipeside and cru- cin-1 detected in sample from the GAP base were significantly higher than samples from other twelve production areas (-not GAP base). The standard fingerprint was created by median method using HPLC ehromatograms of the thirteen samples. Ten common peaks were detected. The similarities of thirteen ehromatograms analyzed by Matlab software, were between 0. 9106-0. 9979. It meant that there were differences in the qualities of thirteen gardenia samples in some ex- tent. The results obtained in this study can be used as references for evaluating the quality of gardenia fruit scientifically. It also showed that the quality of gardenia fruit can be stabilized and controlled by GAP cultivation.
