摘要
本文对淫羊藿配伍维生素C对大鼠运动性肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机制进行了研究。试验中对大鼠以6.01 g.kg-1的剂量的淫羊藿灌胃,100 mg.kg-1的维生素C腹腔注射56 d,并进行力竭游泳训练、血尿素氮等生化指标测定。结果显示,8周的过度训练导致大鼠运动性肾缺血"再灌注",肾组织组织病理学发生明显改变,肾功能受到严重损坏。血尿素氮和血清肌酐上升,EOM组(P<0.05)、VCOM组(P<0.05)、EVCOM组(P<0.01)低于OM组;EOM组(P<0.05),EVCOM组(P<0.01)低于VCOM组。SOD活性降低,EOM组(P<0.05)、VCOM组(P<0.05)、EVCOM组(P<0.01)高于OM组;EOM组(P<0.05),EVCOM组(P<0.01)高于VCOM组。MDA含量升高,EOM组(P<0.05)、VCOM组(P<0.05)、EVCOM组(P<0.01)低于OM组;EOM组(P<0.05),EVCOM组(P<0.01)低于VCOM组。从而说明淫羊藿和维生素C均可以增强SOD活性,清除氧自由基,减轻脂质过氧化,对运动性缺血再灌注肾脏具有保护作用。淫羊藿作用优于维生素C。二者配伍使用效果更好。
This paper studied the protective effect and mechanism of Epimedium combined with vitamin C on rat renal is- ehemia-reperfusion injury. In the experiment, the rats carried on the exhaustive swimming training and were measured the determination of blood urea nitrogen and other biochemical indexes, at a dose of 6.01 g ·kg^-1 of Epimedium gavage, 100 mg ·kg^-1 vitamin C intraperitoneal injection for 56 days. The results showed that 8 weeks of overtraining led to movement renal ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Moreover, the rats' kidney histopathology was changed significantly, and renal func- tion was severely damaged. The increase in blood urea nitrogen and serum ereatinine, EOM group ( P 〈 0.05 ), VCOM group (P 〈 0.05 ), EVCOM group (P 〈 0.01 ) lower than the OM group; EOM group ( P 〈 0.05), EVCOM group (P 〈 0.01 ) lower than VCOM group. SOD activity decreased, EOM group ( P 〈 0.05 ), VCOM group ( P 〈 0.05 ), EVCOM group (P 〈 0.01 ) higher than the OM group; EOM group (P 〈 0. 05 ), EVCOM group ( P 〈 0.01 ) higher than the VCOM group. MDA increased, EOM group (P 〈 0. 05 ), VCOM group ( P 〈 0.05 ), EVCOM group ( P 〈 0.01 ) lower than the OM group ; EOM group (P 〈 0.05 ), EVCOM groups ( P 〈 0.01 ) lower than the VCOM group. The experimental results showed that Epimedium and vitamin C ean enhance the activity of SOD, seaveng oxygen free radicals, and reduce lipid peroxidation,whieh have a protective effect on exercise-induced isehemia-reperfusion kidneys. Epimedium effeet is better than the vitamin C. Compatibility of the two is better.
