等线密度段彩纱条干和毛羽的影响因素分析 被引量:14

摘要 为提高等线密度段彩纱的条干和毛羽质量,对其混色组分含量比、捻系数、锭速以及钳口隔距等几个主要影响因素分别进行了单因素试验分析,得出了以上各因素较优的工艺配置。认为:成纱混色组分含量比决定了两根须条形成的非对称汇聚三角区的形态,锭速和捻系数与汇聚点的位置、汇聚角的大小密切相关,这三项参数的变化影响成纱条干和毛羽质量;而钳口隔距对条干和毛羽的影响表现出与传统环锭纺基本相同的规律。这四项工艺参数通过试验都可以找到使成纱条干和毛羽指标得到改善的较优参数值。 In order to increase same linear density segment color yarn evenness and hairiness, single factor test analysis was carried out according to several main effect factors including blended color component content ratio, twist fac- tor, spindle speed and nip gauge. The better processing configuration of the above factors can be got. It is considered that asymmetric triangle shape formed by two fiber strands were decided by blended color component content ratio. Spindle speed, position of twist factor & aggregation point and aggregation angle size are related closely. Yarn evenness and hairiness were effected by the above three parameters change. Effect rule of nip gauge on yarn evenness and hairiness is basically same with traditional ring spinning. The better parameter value of the four processing parameter can be got by tests and the yarn evenness and hairiness can be improved.
