摘要
探讨不同混纺比、织物组织、纬纱密度的芦荟改性粘胶织物的服用性能。采用芦荟改性粘胶纯纺纱和芦荟改性粘胶/棉75/25、50/50、25/75混纺纱,通过改变织物组织和纬纱密度,设计了9种织物,并对织物的规格、透气性、透湿性、悬垂性、折皱回复性、导热性、抗起毛起球性进行了测试。试验结果表明:芦荟改性粘胶纤维含量较多时,织物的透气性、透湿性和悬垂性较好;经纬纱密度较小时,织物透气性、透湿性、悬垂性和折皱回复性好;与平纹织物相比,平纹地小提花织物的透气性、折皱回复性和抗起毛起球性好。认为:芦荟改性粘胶纤维含量较多的、组织为平纹地小提花、密度较小的织物综合性能较优,适宜用作夏季轻薄衬衫面料。
Wearability of aloe modified viscose fiber shirt fabric with different blending ratio, fabric texture structure and weft density were discussed. Aloe modified viscose fiber yarn and aloe modified viscose fiber/cotton 75/25, 50/50,25/75 blended yam were adopted. Nine kinds of fabric were designed through changing fabric texture structure and weft density. The fabric properties were tested including fabric specification, air permeability, moisture permeability, drapability, crease recovery, thermal conductivity and pilling resistance. The result shows when aloe modified viscose fi- ber content is larger, air permeability, moisture permeability and drapability of the fabric are better. Air permeability, moisture permeability, drapability, crease recovery of the fabric are better when warp density and weft density are smal- ler. Comparing to plain fabric, air permeability, crease recovery and pilling resistance of plain jacquard fabric are better. It is considered that fabric comprehensive performance is better when aloe modified viscose fiber content is larger, the structure is plain jacquard and the density is less, the fabric is suitable to be used as summer thin shirt.
