摘要
探讨防静电混纺纱的生产技术。分析了织物防静电技术发展状况以及新型导电纤维的特点。通过改进原料混和方法,合理配置各工序工艺,严格控制温湿度,成功开发出导电纤维含量分别为0.35%、0.7%和1.5%的3种防静电混纺纱。认为:采用正确的原料混和方法是生产小含量导电纤维防静电混纺纱的关键技术。3种导电纤维含量均能使其织物获得良好的防静电性能,且无明显差异,选择0.35%的导电纤维含量可以降低生产成本。
Production technology of antistatic blended yarn was discussed. Fabric antistatic technology development situation and new conductive fiber property were analyzed. Raw material blending method was modified, processing in each process was selected rationally, temperature and humidity were controlled strictly, finally three kinds of antistatic blended yarns can be spun successfully,the conductive fiber content are 0.35% ,0.7% and 1.5%. It is considered that correct raw material blending method is the key technology of producing small content conductive fiber antistatic blended yarn. Fabric antistatic property is better when adopting the above three conductive fiber content, the differences are not obvious. Cost can be reduced when adopting 0.35% conductive fiber content.
