摘要 探讨细纱车间环境控制的实践。总结了细纱车间环境控制的经验,通过合理制定温度、相对湿度和压差3项控制标准,正确选择车间环境调节方式,举例说明4种车间环境情况下温湿度调节的具体方法,分析了在车间环境控制方面容易产生的5个误区。实践证明:根据不同的车间环境情况,灵活运用温湿度控制方法,可以创造满足生产车间工艺要求和职工工作环境舒适要求的空气条件。认为:细纱车间环境控制因保持"微负压"状态,应根据具体的室内外空气条件,按照举例方法适时灵活调节。 Practice of spinning workshop environment control was discussed. Experiences of spinning workshop environment control were summarized. Control standards of temperature, relative humidity and pressure were controlled rationally. Spinning workshop environment control style was selected correctly. Four kinds of actual methods of adjusting spinning workshop temperature and humidity were introduced by examples. Five mistakes in aspect of control workshop environment were analyzed. The practice shows that workshop processing demands and air condition of staff working en- vironmental demands can be reached through controlling temperature and humidity flexibly according to different work- shop situation. It is considered that slightly negative pressure should be kept in spinning workshop according to actual indoor and outdoor air condition ,the adjustment methods should be adopted according to the above example method flexibly.
