摘要
开发了电镀漂洗废水线内循环集成设备,内含净化和浓缩两套分离系统,配套高功能的PLC自控程序实现全过程的优化控制,通过设定清洗槽电导率上下限自动开停机,控制补给水量,同时保证清洗槽水质。运行试验中浓缩液镍含量达到20306.9mg/L,系统向生产线补充的清洁水电导率始终低于50μS/cm,使清洗槽电导率保持在120~260μS/cm,槽内未出现浓度累积。该工艺能适应老电镀生产线的改造,更能用于新建生产线电镀漂洗水的线内循环。
An integrated online circulation equipment for electroplating rinse wastewater was developed and matched with high-functional PLC program to optimize the whole process. The equipment includes cleaning and concentrating systems. The highest and lowest electric conductivity of water in rinse tank could be set to achieve automatic startup and shutdown, control the make-up water and assure water quality in rinse tank. During operating experiment, wastewater was continuously concentrated until the nickel content achieved 20 306.9 rag/L, while electric conductivity of clean make-up water was always below 50 μS/cm. The electric conductivity of water in rinse tank was maintained at 120 to 260 μS/em, and heavy metal accumulation in the water did not occur. This process could be used for renovating old electroplating production processes and online circulation of eleetroplating rinse wastewater in newly-built electroplating production lines.
