摘要
内涝问题已经是很多城市的通病,我国内涝预警系统存在实际应用少、实时性差、模型数据不完备等问题。开发并设计了城市内涝在线监控与信息服务数字化系统,该系统基于物联网和异网(互联网Internet、手机短信GSM、电话网络PSTN、ZigBee网络、GPRS网络、计算机局域网LAN)等信息交换技术,并采用统一的技术平台(统一的数据协议、通讯网络、数据库共享),设计成多层次系统体系结构,并开发了ZigBee现场测控模块、现场无线通讯网关、管理中心服务器、信息服务终端等系统硬软件。该系统有效实现了工情、水情、雨情等全部城市排涝数据自动在线远程采集和控制,以及城市排水防涝数据和调度控制信息的在线查询、调度控制信息的网络发布等服务功能,完成全方位的城市数字化排水防涝指导调度管理,大大降低了城市内涝损失。
Waterlogging is a common problem in many cities, and waterlogging warning systems in China have problems such as impractical implementations, poor real-time performance and incomplete model data. A digital system for online monitoring of urban waterlogging and information service was designed. The system was based on Internet of Things, Internet, GSM, PSTN, ZigBee network, GPRS and LAN, and adopted a unified technology platform (unified data protocol, communication network and database sharing) with a muhi-level system architecture. The ZigBee site monitoring and control module, on-site wireless communication gateway, management center server, information service terminals and other hardware and software systems were developed. This system was successful in conducting online remote acquisition and control of engineering conditions, water, rainfall and all other urban drainage data, the online query of waterlogging data and control information, web publishing of dispatching control information and other service functions. Thus, fully digital management of urban waterlogging was complete and losses due to this phenomenon were reduced.
