临床药师对1例放射性肺损伤并肺部感染患者的药物治疗实践

Practice of Drug Therapy for a Radiation-induced Lung Injury Patient with Pneumonia Infection by Clini- cal Pharmacists

目的:探讨临床药师参与临床工作实践的方法,总结药学服务经验。方法:在1例放射性肺损伤并肺部感染患者的治疗过程中,临床药师查阅资料分析患者、疾病及药物的特点,为临床医师提供有效的抗感染治疗方案。结果:医师采纳临床药师建议,采用亚胺培南抗感染治疗5 d后患者咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、气喘等症状基本消失,两肺无明显干湿性啰音,血常规中性粒细胞百分比为60%,恢复正常,取得了较好的临床效果。结论:临床药师参与药物治疗过程中,应丰富临床知识;在熟悉临床知识基础上,充分发挥自己药学专业知识的优势,并充分考虑患者及疾病的特点,为临床用药提供服务。

OBJECTIVE, To discuss the methods of clinical pharmacists participating in clinical practice, and to summarize the experience of pharmaceutical care. METHODS： Clinical pharmacists analyzed a case of radiation-induced lung injury with lung infection on the basis of the characteristics of patient, disease and drugs, and provided a reasonable anti-infection treatment for the doctor. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists＇ suggestion was adopted by the doctor, and the patients＇ cough, sputum, chest tightness and other symptoms were disappeared by using imipenem after five days; and the lungs were not heard significant wet or dry rales, and neutrophile granulocyte was 60%, returned to normal, and good clinical effect had been achieved. CONCLUSIONS： In the process of drug treatment, clinical pharmacists should enrich more clinical knowledge, give full play to the advantage of their professional knowledge and consider about the characteristics of patients and disease on the basis of being familiar with clinical knowledge in order to provide service for clinical drug use.
