摘要
以井冈霉素为芯材,利用微乳液聚合法制备纳米级胶囊。结果表明:经透射电子显微镜检测,粒子分布均匀,粒径在100 nm左右。对水稻纹枯病菌的室内毒力试验结果表明,井冈霉素纳米胶囊半最大效应浓度EC50=4.23μg/mL,较原药的药效提高88倍。田间实验结果显示,同为5μg/mL的施用浓度井冈霉素纳米胶囊防治效果为原药的1.2倍。
Jinggangmycin nanocapsules with Jinggangmycin as the core material were prepared by microemulsion polymerization. Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)showed that all the sizes of nanocapsules were around 100 nm and uniform distribution. Against rice sheath blight indoor toxicity test results showed that the half effect concentration values (ECso) of Jinggangmycin nanocapsules was 4.23 μg/mL, with an efficacy 88-fold over the original drug. Field experiments showed that the treatment effect of Jinggangmycin nanoeapsule was 1.2 times the original for the same 5 μg/mL concentration.
