摘要
大学组织场域内外部因素之间存在着复杂的互动关系。其中外部影响方式有强制性、契约性和关涉性三种;内部影响方式则遵循着学术逻辑、权力逻辑和时空逻辑三种逻辑,它们共同影响着大学组织文化外部适应性与内部一致性,使得大学组织文化在价值取向上存在着多种可能性选择。而外部依附性与内部行政化的同构,正是当下中国大学组织文化价值取向的基本特征。
There are complex interactive relationships between internal and external factors of University organizational field. In the external, compulsive, contractive and relevant influences are three basic effects; In the internal, it follows academic logic, power logic, temporal and spatial logic. They affect the university organizational culture of external adaptation and internal consistency. Therefore, the value orientation of university organization culture has multiple choice possibilities. The basic characteristics of Chinese university organizational culture value orientation is the isomorphism of external attachment and internal administration.
