Bottleneck and the Development Way forward of the Public Information Services in the Minority Areas of Gansu Province

论文概述我国公共信息服务的研究现状,分析甘肃民族地区公共信息服务的基本现状、规律、特点及存在的问题,构建适合于甘肃民族地区的公共信息服务模式,提出推进甘肃民族地区公共信息服务的有效措施。

This paper summarizes the research overview of China＇s public information service, analyzes the basic status, regularity, characteristics and existing problems of the public information service in the Minority Areas of Gansu, builds a public information service model which is suitable for the ethnie minority areas of Gansu, and proposes the effective measures to promote the public information service of the Minority Areas of Gansu.
