图书馆预算管理研究——以国家图书馆为例

Research on the Budget Management of the Library:Taking the National Library of China as an Example

论文以国家图书馆预算管理为例,采用理论与实际相结合的方法,首先阐述了图书馆预算管理的重要性,然后介绍了国家图书馆预算管理的内容、编制方法和过程,以及影响图书馆预算管理的关键因素,并在此基础上深入分析了图书馆预算管理存在的问题,最后提出了改进图书馆预算管理的具体措施。

This paper takes the budget management of the National Library of China as an example. Using the method of combining theory and practice, it expounds the importance of the library budget management firstly. And then it introduces the content, the method and process of the budget management of the National Library of China,as well as the key factors affecting the library budget management. On this basis it analyzes the problems existing in the library budget management. Finally, it puts forward concrete measures to improve the library budget management.
