政党治理的制度化走向——基于四个个案的比较

Political Parties' Governance from the Institutional Perspective

在政党世界,不少大党老党命运各异:自上世纪80年代末以来,一大批大党、老党相继丧失政权;有的甚至彻底垮台;有的在经历沉浮之后重新崛起,并再度执政;还有的是政坛"常青树"和"不倒翁"——差异何其之大。本文通过对四个政党的组织状况的描述,比较了不同类型政党的组织发展,并从政党支配类型的构成来探讨制度化水平的差异,以及制度化的可能走向。这对于新时期不断提高党的建设科学化水平,不断提高治党管党水平,无疑具有重大借鉴意义。

In the political party＇s world, the fates of big and old parties vary： some lose power, even collapse in the late 1980＇s and early 1990＇s, some rise again after great failure, even return to power. Still some are evergreen--why so differently？ Analyzing the different parties＇ organizational development from institutional perspective will undoubtedly have important significance to improve the party＇s scientific level of CPC in the new period.
