陆拯“调气解毒法”论治萎缩性胃炎的经验特色

Chief physician LU Zheng has very high esteem for the theories of toxicology and spleen - stomach in his ac- ademic ideological system. In clinical practice ,he excels in treating diseases of internal medicine ,gynecological and pediatric diseases,and the various stubborn and miscellaneous diseases. He has accumulated rich experiences and is very good at the treatment of atrophic gastritis. The therapeutic method of regulating qi and detoxication was created and aimed at the features of etiology and pathogenesis of atrophic gastritis,and was one of the principal methods in treating atrophic gastritis by LU Zheng. The paper describes chief physician LU Zheng＇s experience characteristics of applying method of regulating qi and detoxication for treating atrophic gastritis from three aspects including the discrimination of pathogenic toxin in the etiology, the analysis of qi movement disorder in the pathogenesis and the establishment of four levels of toxin pattern identification in the therapeutic method, giving two medical cases reports of atrophic gastritis to illustrate the clinical application.
