针刺治疗脑缺血疾病的疗效比较肯定,其机制可通过多种途径来缓解和改善脑缺血带来的损伤,血管新生可能是其中的重要途径之一。脑缺血后血管新生是一个复杂的病理过程,它受到促进和抑制新血管形成因素的严格调控。综述现有研究,为针刺治疗脑缺血机制的认识开辟新的思路,为治疗性新血管形成用于脑缺血病人提供理论依据。

The more positive effect of acupuncture treatment of cerebral ischemic disease is confirmed. Its mechanism may be through a variety of ways to alleviate and improve the damage caused by cerebral ischemia. Angiogenesis could be one of the important ways. Angiogenesis after cerebral ischemia is a complex pathological process which is subject to strict regulation by promoting and inhibiting the formation of new blood vessels factor. Summary of existing research can open up new ideas for the understanding of the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of cerebral ischemia and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of new blood vessels formed for patients with cerebral ischemia.
