中药楮实子的研究现状与展望

Review of Clinical And Laboratory Study on Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine Fructus Broussonetiae

综述了中药楮实子的临床与实验研究进展,楮实子味甘性寒无毒,具有滋肾益阴、清肝明目、利水消肿等功效,临床可用于治疗老年痴呆症、不孕症、肝损伤、眼部疾病、腹腔积液等病,现代研究发现楮实子含有丰富的氨基酸、脂肪酸、红色素、生物碱、矿物质、多糖等化学成分,具有抗氧化、增加免疫、降血脂、抗肿瘤、保护肝功能等作用。指出楮实子不仅具有补益作用,还有祛邪作用,但其药效成分及其作用机制尚不完全明确,有待进一步深入研究,为寻找有效的单体、开发新药提供依据。

Fructus Broussonetiae has the function of strengthening kidney and liver. It is composed of amino acid,fatty acid,red pigment,alkaloid,minerals,polysaccharid,and so on. The pharmacological effect includes antioxidant,improve immunity,decrease blood lipid,anticancer,protect liver function,and so on. It is applied to treat Alzheimer＇s disease,infertility,liver injury,eyes diseases,ascites,and so on. The further study on Fructus Broussonetiae will provide clue to new finding.
