平肝降浊方治疗中老年高血压的临床研究

Clinical Study on Pinggan Jiangzhuo Decoction in Treatment of Middle-Aged Hypertension

目的:观察平肝降浊方对中老年高血压的临床疗效及其对血管内皮素的影响。方法:将120例中老年高血压病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例,对照组口服硝苯地平缓释片,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用医院协定经验方平肝降浊方治疗,疗程均为30 d。结果:两组中老年高血压的血压监测、相关中医证候、血管内皮素水平治疗后均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组。结论:使用平肝降浊方同时配合西药降压药物对中老年高血压的治疗具有明显的平稳、持久降压的作用,并对血浆内皮素有显著调节作用。

Objective ： To observe the effects of Pinggan Jiangzhuo prescription on senile hypertension patients and the vascular endothehn. Methods ： 120 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral extended release nifedipine tablets, and the treatment group added Pinggan Jiangzhuo Decoction. Both groups were treated for 30 days. Results ： The two groups blood pressure monitoring,TCM syndrome and vascular endothelin levels were improved after treatment. The treatment group was much better than that of control group. Conclusion ： The combined use of Pinggan Jiangzhuo prescription and the western medicine antihypertensive drugs on hypertension in the elder appears smooth, durable antihypertensive effect, and has significant moderating effects on vascular endothelial ceils.
