中医整体观和阴阳五行学说在现代肾脏病诊治中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Holism Concept and Yin-Yang and Five Elements Theory in Kidney Disease Diagnosis and Treatment

中医思维和现代检测方法的有机结合是提高中医肾病理论水平和临床疗效的重要途径,也是实现中西医深层次结合的突破点。以中医整体观念和阴阳五行学说为指导思想,从"既病防变"和"二级预防"、"证本质"和"微观辨证"等角度对肾脏病的中医诊治理念展开探讨,并进一步提出现代临床中医肾脏病诊疗模式应是中西医有机结合下的审病-辨证-治病。

The combination of TCM - thinking and modern detection method is an important way to improve TCM theory level and clinical effect in treating kidney disease and also the key point for the deep integration of TCM and western medicine. It is guided by TCM holism concept,Yin - Yang and five element theory. About holism, when discussing the unification of human being, nature and society, it emphasized the understanding of nature of syndrome. Micro - syndrome differentiation extends and develops traditional syndrome differentiation. In Yin - Yang and five element theory, it expoun- ded the relationship between TCM idea that preventing disease from exacerbating and secondary prevention of modem medicine from the point that Yin - Yang mutual damage and inter - promotint and restriction as well as progress of disease among five viscera. Besides, according to the development and clinical practice, it proposed more that modem clinical di- agnosis -treatment model in kidney disease should be disease- syndrome differentiation- administration treatment based on the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
