Experiment Study on Anti-Colitis Function of Jiechangning Granule

目的:研究结肠宁颗粒抗结肠炎的作用。方法:选用苦寒泻下的番泻叶和化学刺激物冰乙酸复制大鼠脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎模型,观察结肠宁颗粒抗溃疡性结肠炎的作用;选用大黄致脾虚型小鼠模型,观察结肠宁颗粒的益肠补脾,涩肠止泻的作用。结果:结肠宁颗粒能显著减轻脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎模型大鼠的结肠大体形态损伤、组织学损伤及体重减轻程度;延长大黄致脾虚型小鼠的排便时间、减少2 h内排黑便点数,减少脾虚模型小鼠体重减轻的程度。结论:结肠宁颗粒具有抗大鼠脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎作用,同时能改善脾虚型小鼠的症状,对结肠炎有一定的治疗作用。

Objective：To study the anti - colitis function of Jiechangning granule. Method： We made the mice models of ulcerative colitis＇ mice in spleen deficiency syndrome with folium sennae which is bitter cold and glacial acetic acid which is chemical stimulus. Then we observed the anti - colitis function of Jiechangning granule. We made the ulcerative colitis＇ mice in spleen deficiency syndrome with rhubarb to observe the function of invigorating spleen and anti - diarrhea by Jiechangning granule. Results ： According to observe the ulcerative colitis mice in spleen deficiency syndrome, Jiec- hangning granule can ease the morph trauma and histological trauma and reduce the extent of body weight decrease effectually. It also can lengthen the time of defecation of the model mice, reduce the number of times of dark stools in 2 h and reduce the extent of body weight decrease. Conclusion ： Jiechangning granule has the function of anti - colitis, and can improve the symptom of the ulcerative colitis＇mice in spleen deficiency syndrome, h has the therapy function to colitis.
