用BDI-GS新体系评价传统中药六味地黄丸的功效 被引量:6

摘要 目的:以玉米低营养饲料喂养小鼠为模型,通过已建立的BDI-GS新体系评价传统中药六味地黄丸的补益及主治功效,揭示该系统在中药品种功效评价及古方、验方挖掘中的实用价值。方法:本体系以线性生长期的健康ICR小鼠为研究对象,以单纯喂食玉米饲料小鼠为空白对照组,受试物组小鼠喂食玉米药物掺和饲料,分别给予含有0.5%、0.75%和1.5%的六味地黄丸玉米粉饲料,共喂养12 d。称重后取血样、处死解剖,统计9项脏器组织重量、系数等指标,计算其BDI和GS值,并进行血清生化指标的分析测试。结果:从六味地黄丸掺和饲料喂养小鼠的体重变化及累计GS值可以看出其营养滋补效应较低;低剂量对胰腺重量及肾脏系数指标与空白组相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。中高剂量对肝、肾、性腺、胸腺、胰腺及肺脏的系数BDI均大于1.0,并呈剂量依赖性增高。结论:六味地黄丸具有滋阴补肝肾,调节免疫和对II型糖尿病的辅助治疗功效;中高剂量对机体健康有一定补益功效,且总体上对机体健康无不良反应,适合日常滋补保健应用。研究结果完全符合六味地黄丸的补益及主治功效,以及药性缓和的特征。研究的结果表明,BDI-GS体系适合用于中药品种的功效评价及传统中药古方、验方的挖掘研究。 Objective : In the present study, the functions of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Liuwei Dihuang Pill were evaluated through the maize low - nutritional diets fed mice model, and recently established BDI - GS evaluation sys- tem, so as to reveal practicability of the current system for functional evaluation of TCM species, as well as research and development of ancient and empirical prescriptions. Method: The healthy ICR female mice during linear growth were se- lected as subject in the study. The control mice were simply fed with maize diet, and respectively fed with maize blending diets of 0.5% ,0.75% and 1.5% Liuwei Dihuang Pill. Through the whole 12 - day period of feeding, the final body weights were recorded, blood samples were taken and dissection were performed, and 9 parameters of organ and tissue weights and indices were recorded, and its BDI and GS values were calculated, the routine serum biochemical parameters were further anaJyzed. Results:All Liuwei Dihuang blending diets fed mice were gross equivalent control in growth per- formance,with relatively lower effects in overall nourishing effects, and certain healthy effects expressed in part of indices and its BDI and accumulative GS values, such as kidney and pancreas, showed statistically significant differences com- pared with control mice (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : Liuwei Dihuang Pill is of few beneficial effects and has no harm on the whole; it can nourish the kidney, regulate immune system, and reduce blood sugar, in consistency with main nourishing and treating functions of this TCM species. The results of the current study manifest that the BDI - GS system is quite available for functional evaluation of Chinese medicinal species, as well as the research and development of ancient and empirical prescriptions of TCM.
