习惯性流产妇女服用天然叶酸前后血中叶酸水平的变化

Changes of the folic acid content in the blood serum of the habitual abortion women befor and after taking the natrual folic acid preparation.

目的 :本文分析了 2 4例血清叶酸水平 <5nmol/L的习惯性流产妇女 ,血清叶酸水平为 4 5 3± 0 5 0nmol/L ,比对照组明显降低P <0 .0 1,(对照组为 13 0 7± 1 5 2nmol/L)。在补充天然叶酸粉剂后 ,血清叶酸水平明显升高 ,平均为 16 2±1 18nmol/L ,P <0 .0 5 ,其中有 2 2例妇女妊娠 ,胚胎保留率为 96% ,胎儿出生后 ,生长、发育良好。本文结果表明 ,血清叶酸水平低下是习惯性流产的重要因素之一 ,补充天然叶酸制剂 ,为防治叶酸缺乏所致的习惯性流产提供了一种安全 ,有效的防治方法。

The 24 cases of the habitual abortion women of the folic acid contents <5 nmol/L in the blood serum were analysed in this paper .The folic acid content of the blood serum is 4.53±0.50nmol/L and significantly lower than the control group P<0.01,(The folic acid content of control group is 13.07±1.5nmol/L).After taking the natura folic acid preparation.the folic acid content of blood serum is 16.27±1.18nmol/L.That is significantly higher than that of the control group, p<0.05.Among those cases ,22 women were pregnant.The rate of the embyo retention is 96%.After being being born ,the babys grown and developed well. The results indicate that the low folic acid content in the blood serum is one of important causes of habitual abortion.Adding the natural folic acid for preventing the habitual abortion by the lack of folic acid provide a safe,high effect method.
