介绍了PLC、变频器及工控机三位一体控制电动机速度及正反转的一级自动化控制系统在管坯锯中的应用，一年多的生产实践验证，此系统先进、可靠、故障率低。
Introduce the application of level 1 automatic control system in the billet saw, which use PLC, frequency converter and industrial control computer to control the motor speed and forward and reverse rotation. Over one year production practice shows this system is advaneed and reliable with low failure rate.
