供热汽轮机调速系统卡涩、负荷突变的解决措施

摘要 凌钢热电厂50MW单抽供热机组自投运以来,一直未能正常运行,调速系统存在卡涩、负荷自动滑动的问题,而且突增、突减现象频繁发生,有时出现大幅度的负荷摆动,调压器投不上,严重影响机组的安全运行。针对上述问题,采取了具体解决措施,运行实践证明,所有问题均得到解决。 The 50MW single extraction heating unit in Lingsteel Heat and Power Plant doesn't run properly since it has been put into production. The speed regulation system has the problem of block safety operation of the unit. In response to these problems, some specific measures are taken. The operation praetice proves that all problems are solved.
