针对大型四辊轧机在生产、大修工程中压下装置更换作业时间长、存在安全隐患的问题，进行了新工艺技术研究，发明了“四辊轧机压下更换专用活动支架”，制定了利用专用活动支架进行旧装置拆除和新装置安装的新工艺，使压下装置更换安全可靠、效率提高三倍。

The screwdown device of the large four-high mill has the problem ot long replacement time and potential safety hazard in the production and overhaul. For this, carry out a technical research on the new process. After the research, invent a ＂specific movable bracket for four-high mill＂, and put forward the new process with specific movable bracket to dismantle the old device and install the new one, which makes the screwdown device replacement safe and reliable and increases efficiency threefold.
