以如何提高起重运输设备运行稳定性和发挥设备潜能为课题，应用全员参与管理模式，把设备零缺陷作为管理追求的目标。相关全员围绕起重机管理，以岗位责任为基础，展开发现问题、解决问题直至预防问题的活动，把严、细、实贯彻到具体管理工作中去，持续提高起重设备管理水平。

Take the improvement of crane transportation stability and play equipment potential as the question for study. Apply all staff participation management mode, and take zero defects as the goal of management to pursue. Based on post responsibility, all relative staffs develop the activities of problem finding, solving and prevention on crane management, and apply strict, careful and practical management into specific management works, and improve the management level of the crane equipment.
