摘要
徐州矿区(本部)8对矿井已有7对开采深度进入千米以下,为此加强了对深部采场围岩运动规律及控制技术的研究,对选定的27个工作面布点设站进行围岩运动状况观测和数据采集,经分析归纳得出:随着开采深度增加,冲击矿压危险性增高,目前强冲击倾向性煤层占61%;初次和周期来压步距减小,强度上升;超前支承压力影响范围由20m扩大到80m左右,峰值上升到1.5倍,距煤壁距离由7m增大到30m左右;顶底板和巷道两帮移近量显著增加,底鼓问题突出;工作面端面破碎度加大,煤壁片帮深度、几率、范围增加等。根据以上特征,结合深井采场围岩运动机理分析,应用综合控制技术,有效地控制了深部采场围岩的破坏和冲击地压的发生。
In Xuzhou Mining Area, 7-pair mines have extended below 1000m, surrounding rock movement characteristic and control technology was researched. Data analysis of surrounding rock movement from 27 mining faces showed that with mining depth increasing, rock-burst danger rose; 61% of coal-seam had strong rock-burst inclination, initial weighting and periodical roof weighting pace de- creased and weighting intensity increased; influence range of advanced abutment pressure enlarged to 80m from 20m; pressure peak value rose to 1.5 times and its location from coal-wall enlarged to 30m from 7m; roof-to-floor and two-side convergence enlarged dis- tinctly ; floor heave problem was serious; broken degree of coal increased; depth, probability and range of coal-wall slide increased. On the basis of these characteristics, applying comprehensive controlling technology, surrounding rock failure and rock-burst in deep min- ing field was controlled effectively.
