摘要
电网企业技改工程因项目多、主管部门多、资金滚动支付等特点,管理上一直是薄弱环节。蚌埠供电公司通过整合SAP系统五大模块中现有资源,研发了技改项目信息化过程管控系统,并制定相关配套制度、办法,使得技改工程在项目库、概预算管理、过程跟踪、工程转资、标准成本、投资分析等方面的管理日趋完善,财务、业务、系统高度协同,为财务集约化的深化应用奠定坚实基础。
Because of the features of many projects, many competent departments, funds rolling payment and so on, the technological transformation project management has been the weak link in power grid en- terprises. Through the integration of existing resources of five big module of SAP system in Bengbu Power Supply Company, the technological transformation project informatization process management and control system is researched and developed, and the related supporting system and approach are made, making the technological transformation project management perfect with each passing day in the project library, budget management, process tracking, project transfer of funds, standard cost and investment analysis, getting the high coordination of the finance, business and system, laying a solid foundation for the deepe- ning application of financial intensification.
