Standardized Management of Local Small Power Source Connected into the Grid

随着经济的发展,电力需求不断增长,加上国家节能减排和能源综合利用政策鼓励使地方小电源发展迅猛。文章在分析了小电源并网管理重要意义的基础上,从小电源的复杂性、企业本身以及供电企业职能转换三个方面分析了小电源并网管理面临的挑战,最后从完善流程、强化监管、加强沟通、营造环境四个方面对加强小电源并网管理提出建议。

With the economic development, electric power demand continues to increase, coupled with the encouragement of the national energy-saving emission reduction and comprehensive utilization of ener- gy policy, and it makes the local small power develop swiftly and violently. Based on the significance of the management of the small power source connected into the grid, the challenges facing the management of the small power source connected into the grid are analyzed from three aspects of the complexity of the small power source, the enterprise and the power supply enterprise function transformation, finally the suggestions of strengthening the management of the small power source connected into the grid are pro- posed from four aspects of perfecting process, strengthening supervision, strengthening communication and creating environment.
