摘要
随着ERP系统在电业工程结算中的应用,传统的结算模式有了很大的改变。结算人员应建立项目管理批次概念,规范工程流程,抓住电业工程的关键节点,进行电业工程项目的精细化管理。
With the application of ERP system on electric power engineering settlement, the traditional settlement pattern has the big change. Settlement personnel should establish the concept of project man- agement batch, regulate engineering procedure, grasp the key node of the engineering, and carry out the fine management of the electric power engineering project.
