摘要 国家电网公司在深入推进"三集五大"体系建设过程中,企业的组织机构和管理模式都发生了很大的变化,新的企业环境对电力企业班组长的培训工作提出了新的要求。通过对安徽省供电企业新提任班组长岗位知识需求调研分析,结合供电企业班组长能力素质模型,有针对性地对新任班组长培训内容与方法进行创新改造,以期取得良好的培训效果。 State Grid Corporation in promoting "three intensive management and five large scale" system construction process, enterprise organization and management model have undergone great changes, new business environment puts forward new demands to electric power enterprise team leader training. By the survey analysis of position knowledge needs of new team leaders in the power supply enterprises of Anhui province, combined with the power supply enterprise team leader competency model, new team leader training contents and methods are innovated, hoping to achieve good training results.
