Discussion on the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medical Treatment Experience of Double Heart Disease of Professor Su Huimin

苏慧敏教授认为双心疾病归至根本皆由情志致病。在诊疗过程中针对原发病对症处理的同时,更多的是关注患者的心理问题,即祖国医学中的郁证,以虚实为总纲辨证施治,初起多实,以理气为主,多用逍遥散加减;久病体虚,治当养血滋阴,方选归脾汤加减;配合应用抗焦虑抑郁药物,加以心理疏导,在双心疾病的诊疗中取得显著疗效。

Professor Su Huimin thought the underlying cause of the Double-Heart disease as emotion,Professor Su paid more attention to patients＇ psychological problems besides of the treatment of primary disease. Depression Syndrome has two categories in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Pro- lessor Su treated the Double-Heart disease based on different symptom, with anxiolytic, antidepressant, with psychological counseling. After 3 months ,most patients were cured.
